Information you submit
The inquiry form collects your name, work email, agency name, city and state, optional website, message, and the page and referral source of the inquiry. Medicare Marketing uses this information to respond and evaluate whether the service fits your agency. This form does not enroll you in insurance or request health or beneficiary information.
Where inquiries are processed
Inquiries are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure, emailed to idkw.llc@gmail.com using Resend, and delivered to our dedicated marketing workspace for review. We do not sell contact submissions.
Website measurement
When enabled, Medicare Marketing’s site connector records pageviews, article views, contact-page opens, calls to action, and successful inquiry submissions. Its analytics measurement does not store a persistent visitor identifier in browser cookies or browser storage; the optional AI tools use a separate necessary access cookie as described below. The form’s name, email, and message are not sent in analytics events. The connector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control where signaled by the browser.
Cookieless analytics
We use PostHog for cookieless traffic measurement and video and booking events. Analytics does not set cookies or store visitor identifiers in local or session storage. Session replay is disabled. We do not send inquiry names, emails, messages, tool prompts, or beneficiary records in analytics events. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Service and security records
Cloudflare may process technical request information for hosting and security. The contact endpoint uses a rotating anonymous key to limit spam. The application does not store the raw IP address in its inquiry database.
AI tools and email verification
AI tools send the content you enter to OpenAI to generate an answer or draft. Do not enter beneficiary records, Medicare numbers, health information, or private client details. We do not include your verification email in the AI request and request that generated responses not be stored by the API.
A necessary session cookie tracks tool access for up to 30 days. We store usage counts, hashed connection identifiers, model token totals, and verification records to enforce free limits and prevent abuse. Verification emails are sent through Resend. Email addresses are retained for access; marketing emails require a separate optional opt-in. AI drafts are shown in your browser and are not saved in our usage records.
Your choices
You can contact Medicare Marketing through the inquiry form to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information. Information needed to respond, maintain service records, or meet applicable obligations may be retained while needed. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to automated email or text campaigns.
